According to Lott, Tosti had used the Postal Service vehicle to deliver the shipment. Sometime after being dispatched to the area, the Postal Service driver called the U. Postal Inspection Service, and they received the package from the U. Postal Service and sent it through their delivery service.
According to Lott, Tosti received a shipment in the mail with a tracking number, which was then sent back to the U. Postal Service by an undercover Postal Inspector.
